About this Event
California employers with five or more employees must provide two hours of sexual harassment and abusive conduct prevention training to all supervisory employees and one-hour of training to all non-supervisory employees in California, at least once every two years. This training requirement applies to seasonal and temporary employees who work 30 or more calendar days or 100 hours or more. Training must be provided to new hires within six months of hire and within six months of an employee’s promotion to a supervisory role.
Employers looking to satisfy this compliance requirement are encouraged to have supervisors and employees attend this live, interactive training webinar, presented by Duggan McHugh attorneys Christina Bucci Hamilton and Iris Kristoff on Thursday, January 9, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. Certificates of attendance will be electronically provided to attendees who attend the full applicable section(s).
