Crystal brings extensive expertise in securing grants from public, private, and corporate funders, skillfully tailoring proposals to appeal to a wide range of funding sources. She holds a BA in Latin American Studies from UC Santa Barbara and an MBA with a specialization in Management from CSU Dominguez Hills, adding a strong educational foundation to her professional accomplishments.
