In recognition of Sexual Assault Awareness Month this April, this in‑person workshop offers an accessible introduction to the impacts of sexual assault, including the ways trauma can appear in everyday life. We will also look at how ideas and understanding have shifted over time, alongside a clear, grounded conversation about consent.

Led by trauma-informed therapists in a small‑group setting, the session is supportive, informative and approachable—designed to share insight without feeling overwhelming. Open to all adults.
