About this Event
The focus will be on exploring the connection between the built environment and how the sector of Architects, Urban and Landscape Designers, have a responsibility to respond to the NHS '10 Year Health Plan for England, and engage with organisations leading on delivering Borough wide Health and Wellbeing Strategies; By considering the potential of placemaking and the built environment on understanding emerging community health choices, and going beyond normal healthcare engagement to provide socially creative solutions. Perhaps, where the built environment can responsibly provide behavioural change.
6.00pm : Welcome drinks & nibbles
6.30pm : Panel discussion with a student and two industry voices (10 mins each max), exploring the topic from all sides
7.00pm : Discuss - mingle, exchange thoughts, and debate what resonated most
8.00pm : Wrap-up - our SEW Moderator will summarise key points and leave us with takeaways
