This is a 6-week in-person course running every Tuesday night 6.30-9 pm from 20th January until 24th February.
Learn to sew with confidence in this sewing course in London at the Make & Mend Studio with Natti. Whether you’re starting from scratch or brushing up on the basics, this relaxed, small-group workshop will help you master your machine and achieve a professional finish.
Perfect for complete beginners or anyone returning to sewing after a break, you’ll be guided through essential techniques in a supportive, creative environment. Ideal for anyone looking for unique things to do in London.
What to expect:
- Choose the right sewing machine, needles, and threads.
- Learn how to thread your machine and wind the bobbin.
- Sew basic stitches, open and closed seams.
- Finish raw edges with edge stitching and top stitching.
- Read simple patterns and create a turned hem.
- Enjoy hands-on learning in a beautiful studio setting.
Projects you can make:
- Card holder.
- Tote bag.
- Vintage patchwork purse with a zip.
- Pencil case.
- Appliquéd cushion.

What you'll get:
