A special day of wellbeing activities to help you relax, restore and replenish your body and mind.
How will it work?
Just turn up! Some of the sessions will be drop in so have a wander around the garden and book in when the practitioners have availability. Others will need booking in advance and these booking links will be shown below once they are up and live. Each practitioner will have their own price range set on the day.

Sound Healing with Georgia - One 45 min session at 2pm, book here
Gentle Yoga with Chels - 45 min sessions throughout the day, book here
Forest Bathing with Jo - Drop in sessions 11-12pm and 2-3pm, just turn up, PAYF
Ikebana (Japanese flower arranging) with Junko - Free drop in morning session, longer afternoon session. To book DM @junkoikebana or email: [email protected]
Poetry and Drawing with Joey and Lulu - Drop in 10am or 1pm at Sadar's art hut
Herb Walks & Demonstrations with Caroline - Drop in anytime at the Frog House
Reiki sessions with Zara, Drop in 12pm - 2pm
Intro to Tarot and Tarot drop ins with Kate, book here
Tai Chi with Laurence, drop in 11am -11:45am
Cotton Felting with Sadar, 11am - 3pm 4 hour cotton felt workshop, book here
MUD Kitchen will be serving homecooked nutritious hot food and drinks, and our on site baker Katie will have a range of freshly baked treats. You can also just come to the garden to relax in nature, and not join any of the sessions.
Can I bring my...?
Of course! Kids and dogs are welcome. We have an accessible toilet with baby changing facilities and a ramp. Our site is flat with a mixture of hardstanding, woodchip and grass paths.
