Namaste Dear Friends,Please accept our invitation to join Mark Fenster for a special Serenity Sessions Music Meditation on Sunday, April 19, 2-4pm in the Commons Yurt ~ A comfortable, calming afternoon of Live Music, Gently Guided Meditation and Inspired Conversation.
You can enjoy restful healing, meditation, or simply sit in bliss. Opening with a Warm Welcome and Gratitude Prayer, we will follow with Intention Setting, Guided Meditations and Quiet Reflection. A short break will then lead into a Gentle Chakra Cleansing Meditation and Live Song Performances. We’ll be closing with Contemplation and Sharing for those who may feel called to do so.
*Please bring a cushion, pillow, yoga mat or your preferred comfort item.*
Participation is by donation with proceeds shared with the Commons Yurt and Gabriola Outreach to support our wonderful community. Please donate what you can, and know that no-one will be turned away for lack of funds. Thank you, in advance for your kind presence and generous donations.
