About this Event
Senior leadership doesn't always understand the importance of a strong cybersecurity or GRC program. As a person responsible for ensuring the success of the program, sometimes you have to put on a "sales hat" and "sell up" to leadership. This session will present a number of key considerations when selling your cybersecurity/GRC program to leaders at your organization. Sales isn't always a natural strength, but by improving your capabilities, you will also be building a stronger program!
