Come and enjoy 2 hours for yourself, alone or with a friend with our selfcare workshop at the amazing Silvertree in Nantwich.You will be provided with a notebook for the session along with pens and other resources. The session will also include some mindfulness exercises so when you leave you will feel relaxed and refreshed.
