About this Event
Self-Love & Healing: Deep Rest for the Heart is a deeply restorative experience designed to support relaxation, emotional healing, and reconnection with yourself. This 90-minute gathering invites you to slow down, soften, and rest—without needing to fix or change anything.
The experience includes gentle movement, yoga nidra, a grounding sound bath, and guided reflective journaling.
All props and materials are provided, including yoga mats, bolsters, blankets, journals, pens, and a small heart stone to take home. You’re also welcome to bring your own blanket, pillow, or eye covering to enhance your comfort.
No prior yoga, meditation, or journaling experience is required.
Come as you are.
