Step into your soft era with us — a gentle space to recharge, renew, and pour into yourself before you pour into others. Self-Care Sunday: Mindful Moves invites you into an afternoon filled with movement, mindfulness, and nourishing community energy.
This free wellness experience includes Zumba, Sound Bowl Healing, and Yoga, all led by local Charlotte creatives and instructors who bring their own unique gifts to help guide your healing, grounding, and movement journey. All levels are truly welcome — beginners and experienced movers alike.

🧘♀️ What to Bring: A yoga mat, towel, water, and your softest energy
Each class begins with 45–55 minutes of Zumba to uplift your spirit and awaken your body. From 3:00–4:00 PM, we transition into grounding sound bowl healing and yoga, inviting deep rest, alignment, and inner calm.
This is your safe space to breathe, stretch, dance, and reconnect with yourself. Bring a friend, bring your family, or come as you are — all are welcome.
