About this Event
Caregivers, overworked individuals, those dealing with stress: Give yourself or somebody else the gift of time for self-care. This sound bath will be an immersive experience to help nurture your mind, body, and spirit and an opportunity to recharge and balance your energies.✨✨✨
The sound bath will be conducted primarily using quartz crystal bowls and may include other vibrational instruments like chimes, drums, and singing pyramid.
All are welcome but space is limited. No experience is necessary.
This event is donation-based.

Walk around the left side of the building to reach the entrance in the back. Please remove your shoes before going on the mat.
What To Bring
Bring a blanket, mat, or chair to sit or lie down on during the session. Optional items to bring are an eye pillow or mask, pillow, an extra blanket, and journal. Wear whatever is comfortable for you and don't forget drinking water.
