About this Event
Self-care is entirely personal and so we focus on the 5 areas in which we can show ourselves care; physical, psychological, emotional, social and spiritual. Recent research has shown that compassion can help to maintain our wellbeing alongside practicing breathing techniques, meditation, and mindfulness and we will be sharing some of these techniques during this workshop.
This workshop will take place at Colliers Wood Library,105-109 High Street, Colliers Wood, London, SW19 2HR
This Workshop is for people who are 18 and over and live in the borough of Merton or are registered with a GP in Merton only.
