This immersive 2-hour journey will include:
✨ Guided Breathwork
A somatic breathing practice to clear emotional residue, activate life force energy, and bring awareness back into the body. This is not the same as pranayama breathing technique.
✨ Reiki Energy Healing
Gentle, hands-on (or hands-off) Reiki will be offered throughout the journey to support energetic balance, emotional integration, and deep relaxation.
✨ Soundbath Integration
Crystal bowls, gongs, and grounding instruments will guide you into a meditative state, helping the nervous system integrate the work and harmonize the mind, body, and spirit.
