Discover SEACC Kids Club. Our new in-house Kid's Club! Mindfulness Fun workshops at SEACC led by Bloom Child, where children engage in playful activities that promote focus, emotional well-being, connection and fun! Each workshop combines:

– Developmental Exercise

– Focus Games

– Elements of Drama & Improv

– Movement & Stretching

– Breath work & Mindfulness

All designed to stimulate, unwind, and release those feel-good, happy hormones! At the heart of our workshops is Mindfulness – the practice of being fully present in the moment. Our professional instructors are experts in finding moments of stillness, allowing children to discover valuable lessons within each activity.

In our expertly crafted Mindfulness Fun sessions, children don’t just have fun—they grow, learn, and thrive!

By engaging in fun and meaningful activities, children learn to:
