This event is free to attend thanks to our sponsor Wings Recovery. Wings Recovery is a gender-specific mental health treatment center in Carlsbad that provides a safe, supportive space for men and women to heal through a trauma-focused lens. What sets Wings apart is the continuity of care; clients work with the same trusted treatment team across all levels, from residential to outpatient, fostering consistency, trust, and deeper healing. Our approach combines evidence-based therapies like EMDR, Brainspotting, and IFS with life skill practices, helping clients feel seen, supported, and empowered throughout their recovery. We’re also in-network with most major commercial insurance providers, including Aetna, Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, TriWest, FirstHealth, Compsych, and Anthem Pathways.
