A community driven class collaboration between Open House Yoga and Webhead Fitness Werqhouse incorporating dumbbells and power Yoga to improve body endurance and private training experience to our session.
Connect with us in person! Our class offers accessibility to teach beginners up to continuing athletes! Ashley and Mik are private trainers who train alongside our clients and encourage them to be consistent with meeting personal goals and bests in and out of the gym.
