Ladies On The Lawn presents Milkshakes & Mental Health : International Women’s History Month Wellness Brunch, a unique experience designed to create a supportive space where women can pause, reflect, and focus on their mental and emotional well-being.
This interactive brunch will feature mental health professional Dr. Dalicia Watson and life coach Tressy Davenport, who will guide meaningful conversations centered on mental wellness, personal growth, and empowerment.
Guests will participate in several engaging activities including a vision board workshop, a letter-to-self reflection exercise, a symbolic “Let It Go” smash plate release, and a powerful pouring ceremony where women speak encouragement and affirmation into one another.
In addition to these experiences, guests will enjoy a curated brunch or dessert option with a signature mocktail in a welcoming and uplifting environment.
Each attendee will also receive a self-care gift bag and materials for the interactive activities.
This event is designed to remind women that while we often pour into everyone else, we must also take time to pour into ourselves.
