Sculpt Series #01
A bootcamp combined with both calisthenics fundamentals and pilates core.
It is beginner friendly - but all levels are welcome.

This is your Summer Era!
What happens on the day?
Arrival time from 12.45 to drop bags and settle in, so we can get straight to work from 1pm.
The day starts with a warm up that is done together and led by Pixie followed by a power pilates bootcamp flow with a core focus.
To follow on from power pilates, we will move straight into competitions while we still have energy. We have THREE competitions and a prize for the winner of each.
The idea is that you are challenging yourself to see what YOU are able to do and to allow this to inspire you to keep working after this event. Please don't compare yourself to what anyone else is doing, this is YOUR journey and we're all here to cheer eachother on and discover what our bodies can really do.
After the competitions we will move into our cali fundamentals which will be done as a circuit so everyone gets to have some fun at different stations.
To finish we will end the day with a showcase and if you would like to showcase anything cali related don't hesitate to reach out and we can organise this.
Some of you may want to bring a yoga mat and some like to go without. either is ok.
