Description: In this talk, Scott will walk you through the core practices an aspirant in the Illuminates of Thanateros (IOT) typically undertakes during the six-month Liber MMM training period as a Novitiate. He will cover what the training is for, what it looks like day-to-day, and how to approach it in a grounded, sustainable way—whether you’re IOT-curious, a practicing magician looking to tighten your fundamentals, or simply interested in disciplined methods of attention, trance, and magical practice. Scott is drawing on his own completed MMM experience and years of practice to translate the material into something you can understand and apply.

About the Speaker: Scott Whitfield (Liminal Temple) teaches practical, experiment-driven Chaos Magic with an emphasis on disciplined practice and clear record-keeping. He is a 3º Initiate of the Illuminates of Thanateros (IOT) and a 5=6 Adeptus Minor of the Open Source Order of the Golden Dawn (OSOGD), and also brings a complementary background in mind-body training as a Certified NLP Practitioner, California Licensed Acupuncturist & Herbalist, and Medical Qigong Practitioner.
