Dreaming of epic Dungeons & Dragons adventures but stuck because no one wants to run the game?
Join us these holidays for Dungeon Master Academy, where you’ll learn the basics of being a Dungeon Master. We’ll look at picking which adventure to run and how to make sure each session runs as smoothly as possible.
Whether you’ve read the rulebook but never rolled a die, or you’re a seasoned player ready to unleash an army of goblins on your friends, this workshop has you covered!
Cost: Free
Age: 12 - 17 years
Experience: None required
Equipment: All materials provided. Participants are welcome to bring their own dice if desired.

Bookings: This program is being repeated at multiple locations over the duration of the school holidays. Due to the popularity of our programs, please book for one location only. Customers who book for multiple locations will be advised that their spot will be allocated to customers on the waitlist.
Terms and conditions:
- For participants under the age of 16, parent and/or guardian contact details must be provided at the time of booking.
- If you arrive more than 10 minutes after the advertised start time and there are people in the standby queue, your ticket may be allocated to the standby queue.
- If you are unable to attend, please cancel your registration at least 3 hours prior to the event. As Library Programs have limited spaces, repeated failure to notify staff of cancellations may result in bookings being refused in the future.
