In this workshop, you will learn:

  • How to respond to position descriptions and targeted questions
  • How to use the STAR technique to improve your applications


Whether you're new to the job market or looking to advance your career, our Job Shift workshop will provide you with valuable skills to enhance your job-hunting efforts.


Cost: Free

Age: 16+

Experience: No previous experience necessary.

Equipment: All materials and equipment will be provided.


Spaces are limited, so bookings are essential.

  • If you arrive more than 10 minutes after the advertised start time and there are people in the standby queue, your ticket may be allocated to the standby queue.
  • If you are unable to attend, please cancel your registration at least 3 hours prior to the event. As Library Programs have limited spaces, repeated failure to notify staff of cancellations may result in bookings being refused in the future.
