• All Onsi University SCA compliance training courses count towards Continuing Education. Eligible to earn up to 24 hours of CE credits!

Info: We begin with the foundational building blocks to truly understanding the Service Contract Act. We will be covering topics like: Executive Orders, Wage Determinations and Collective Bargaining Agreements, Wage Requirements, Health & Welfare Fringe Benefits, Vacation Fringe Benefits, Holiday Fringe Benefits, Sick Leave Fringe Benefits, Equivalent Fringe Benefits, Part-Time & Temporary Employees, and SCA Recordkeeping Requirements and Department of Labor Investigation Issues.

Info: Now, we start to dive in quite a bit deeper and cover topics like: The Fair Labor Standards Act - background, exemptions, hours worked, overtime compliance, and alternative workweeks, Labor Classifications: Mapping, Labor Classifications: Conformance, Basic Pricing, and SCA Price Adjustments.

Info: We finish the complete course with practical application and real-life scenarios from our decade's long experiences. We discuss topics such as: DOL Investigations - compliance issues, investigative process, back wage payment, refusal to pay - WHD options, Company Departments the SCA directly and indirectly affects, Onsi Resource Notebook, and Test Your Knowledge with "SCA Jeopardy"!

Info: What better way to end a long week of learning than capping it off with a celebratory drink of choice!? We like to use this time to provide our students the opportunity to network with the other students as well as get to know our Onsi Staff!

Plan to join us for drinks and appetizers, on the last day of class, to cap off your week of learning. Be sure to book your travel accordingly!
