For International Women’s Day, I’m hosting a one-off women-only contrast therapy experience at Recovery in Cardiff. We’ll have access to five cold plunges ranging from 2°–7° and a 92° sauna, all within a private, guided container designed specifically for women.

This event was created for you.
Contrast therapy played a profound role in my own healing journey. It helped regulate my nervous system, supported my recovery from anxiety and rebuilt a level of confidence I didn’t think I’d have again. But I also know that many women never step into these environments because they feel masculine, intimidating or overwhelming.
That is not what we are creating here.
This will be a soft, welcoming and fully supported space. You do not need experience. You do not need to be “good at the cold.” You do not need to prove anything.
I will guide you through the entire experience — from breathwork to support your body in the cold, to understanding what’s happening physiologically, to gently leading the immersion process at your own pace. You will always have choice. There is no pressure, no performance and no expectation.
Alongside the sauna and plunge cycles, I’ll also be sharing more of my personal journey and how contrast therapy supported my transformation. We’ll close with a relaxed Q&A where you can ask questions, reflect or simply connect with the other women in the room.
What makes this powerful isn’t just the hot and cold.

This is a one-off International Women’s Day event. The energy of women stepping into something brave together, in a space designed specifically for them, will not be replicated in the same way again.
