Saturday Morning Brewery Yoga @ Westlake Brewing Co., Deep Ellum

It's free yoga, but here's the crazy part - it's at a brewery! Come join us for a fun yoga class, stick around for a pint! All levels. Beginners are welcome - our class has a lot of stretching, breath work, and meditation. Please bring your own mat & towel. Tips for our yoga instructor are very much appreciated, but not required. We do yoga either inside or on the patio... if it’s cold (<60F) or rainy, we move it indoors.
