🕒 Sessions run daily between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM
⚠️ Please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before your session to help Santa’s elves keep things safe and organized.

✔️ Standard Admission – Includes entry for up to 3 people into Santa’s Grotto, one of whom must be an adult.
➕ Add up to 3 extra guests per group with additionla tickets.
🛍️ Each child receives a gift bag, and every attendee enjoys a Hans & Gretel hot chocolate.

⚠️ No walk-ins accepted — online booking only.

Once you have completed your booking you will receive a confirmation email, including your booking reference number. You must present a copy of this confirmation on the day you permit your entry into the Grotto.

Refunds
Due to popular demand, we cannot offer any refunds for no-shows or cancellations made less than 14 days in advance of your booking.

Right in the heart of the market’s festive lights and flavours!

We can’t reveal too much (it is Santa’s secret grotto, after all)…
But we promise you a sprinkle of Christmas magic, a dash of theatre, and plenty of festive cheer!

• All bookings must be made online in advance.
• Each booking must include at least one adult.
• Tickets are non-transferable and must be presented (digital or printed) on the day of your visit.
• The Grotto experience lasts approximately 15 minutes per group.

• Refunds are available up to 14 days before your scheduled visit.
• No refunds or reschedules can be provided for no-shows or late arrivals.
• If we must cancel your session due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. extreme weather, power failure, safety issues), we’ll do our best to offer an alternative time, but this cannot be guaranteed.

• All children must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
• The safety and wellbeing of children remain the full responsibility of parents or guardians, not Hans & Gretel staff.
• Groups of children attending together may be supervised by one adult, provided that adult is part of the booking.

• The event includes a gift bag for each child.
• The contents of gift bags or activities may vary depending on availability or unforeseen circumstances.
• Gifts cannot be exchanged for alternatives or monetary value.

We reserve the right to refuse or end participation if a guest’s behaviour disrupts the experience for others or endangers staff or visitors.
Please respect Santa, his elves, and fellow guests to help everyone enjoy the magic of Christmas.

If your child has special educational needs or disabilities, please let us know at the time of booking so our team can make suitable arrangements and ensure a comfortable experience for everyone.

Accessibility Notice
We want Santa’s Grotto to be magical for everyone. However, the grotto space is located in a part of our Camden venue that has a small step and currently we cannot accommodate wheelchair access.

We’re truly sorry for this and are working on ways to improve accessibility in future seasons.
If you have questions or mobility considerations, please get in touch — our team will be happy to help in any way we can.
