The doors are open for another round of Sanctuary, a somatic series for women, and we welcome you to join us this Spring at Galia Collaborative.Immerse yourself in a 6-week series intentionally designed to gently explore your emotions and develop practical tools for nervous system regulation, emotional understanding, somatic processing, and embodiment ~ all within the support of a nurturing community of women.
Through somatic exploration, meaningful discussions, and experiential practices, you are invited to explore cultivating a deeper connection and presence within yourself, arriving at a place of greater integration, wholeness, and embodiment.
With so much going on in the world, our communities, and our families, this is a space to explore finding a little sense of home and relief within you, becoming the sanctuary your heart and body are looking for. This is brave and tender work, and we are here alongside you.
Weekly sessions begin Thursday, April 16th and will be every Thursday evening for 6 total weeks.
The dates are: April 16, 23, 30, May 7, 14, 21 from 7-8:30pm at Galia Collaborative: 2245 Gilbert Ave, Cincinnati, OH. If you have questions about the commitment, please reach out.
Please note this is limited to an intimate group of 12.
