Introduction
New Rider Orientation (NRO) is a 1 hour class that introduces new participants to Ghisallo Cycling Initiative's Golden Rollers Tricycle Club.
Note: completion of this one-time class is required for new riders who wish to join our weekly group rides.
In this class, you'll learn:
- fundamentals of tricycle handling
- riding as a group
- on-bike communication
- safe cycling
- riding with traffic
Requirements
- all participants must wear a helmet for the entire duration of the ride
- all participants must be members of Lions Field Adult and Senior Center
- all participants must sign a liability release waiver from Ghisallo Cycling Initiative before riding
