About the artist
Ana Luiza Carneiro comes from Manaus in the Amazon, which gives her style a truly unique identity. In her work, she blends the roots of Amazonian folklore with the energy and dynamics of samba no pé and the Rio de Janeiro carnival.
She is a highly technical dancer, while at the same time full of expression and authenticity. She performs with top samba schools in Rio and collaborates with leading artists of the samba scene.
