Salt and Stillness (Beachside Soundbath)

Salt and Stillness returns for a second season on Inlet Beach this summer, offering a weekly beachfront soundbath created to help you step out of the noise and into a slower, more grounded state.

Each session begins by settling into comfortable, supported rest as the sound of the Gulf and layered tones from crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments gently fill the atmosphere to help you rest deeply.

No need to bring anything other than yourself, as each sesssion includes a thoughtfully curated setup (towels and weighted linen eye masks) so you can arrive and settle in with ease.

This experience is $50 / person, with payment collected on-site (Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, or cash). RSVP is appreciated, and you’ll be asked to provide a phone number for day-of communication, including weather updates.
