This 4-week restorative yoga series is designed as a gentle journey back to your body, breath, and inner calm. Rooted in the Sakura Wellness Solutions approach, each session blends slow, supportive movement, breathwork, and nervous system regulation to help you release tension and reconnect from within.

Set on a serene farm, this experience invites you to slow down, soften, and be supported—both by the practice and the natural environment around you.

My teaching style is grounded, intuitive, and calming—designed to meet you exactly where you are. With a focus on creating a safe, welcoming space, I guide you to soften, slow down, and reconnect with your body in a way that feels both gentle and deeply impactful.

As you rest into supported postures and the rhythm of your breath, the surrounding farm becomes part of your experience—offering a sense of grounding, spaciousness, and quiet connection to nature.
