Using the Indian mythological story of 'Samudra Manthana' 'The Churning of the Milky Ocean' as the guide for Sunday's Session. The Story metaphorically speaks on many levels about the journey into our own unconcious, what is found and what can be found, 'The Nectar of Immortality". For some this can be an intense process but nevertheless it will be a journey supported by a uninted crew of voyagers, meaning that there has never been a better chance to expand the boundaries to our personal healing and purification. Transformation is nearly always through entering into the uncomfartable and the unknown but its not all 'Doom & Gloom' down there , Bliss is also there waiting to be felt and met. Infinite Layers.

Andrea will facilitate a journey using Sacred Tantric Mantra's in three different forms, In the Mind,for Sound Healing & in Devotion to a Dieti. Begining with a group meditation to help us to tune into the shared field and then followed by vocalising the Bija (seed) Mantras in a group with devotion and presence.

IN THIS SPECIAL EPISODE: Rajesh Patel returns, which will continue to bring a unique experience of having an internal sound bath straight after the closing mantras to accompany the wonder-field already created. Using harmonic sound tuning forks at 432HZ, the Natural frequency of the earth and in inturn our bilogical vibrations. Rajesh is trained in both Tantra and sound healing and he intuitevely combined the two practices from which hes now offered his service for well over 9 months to other energy healers including Andrea , all in the aid of reaching our highest concious plane.

The vibration of the mantras hold activation and purification qualities that in turn can guide one closer to the ultimate reality, Conciousness itself. This is a powerful introduction to a very ancient Indian Practice adapted for Present Day Times. No prior experience of this practice is needed but this workshop is predominantly aimed at those who are and have been on the path to awakening. You will find us in the middle room @ number 11 the Bonnington Center (The Green Door Next to the Cafe) front door will be open , you just need to push it open. Advise to bring your own water and comfortable clothing.
