Description
As a prelude to our six-part Fall series, these two sessions explore the function of dreams in religious settings and dive into their role in spiritual transformation for Christians and spiritual seekers alike. Dreams help us listen to God, the divine playwright who scripts images, symbols, and characters in our nightlife that are unique to each person.
Dream appreciation is a holistic approach to engaging with God through our unconscious life so that our waking life is lived with increased love, faith, and hope.
This practice provides clarity to align our actions with our true selves as beloved people.
In this workshop, participants will:
1) Acquire basic knowledge for dream appreciation
2) Increase their dream recall and learn best practices for recording them
3) Explore the benefits of working on dreams in one-on-one practices
4) Discern how dream work intersects with their spiritual journey
