Join Socorro Society & friends for a 'Mend In Public Day'!

A yearly event put on by Fashion Revolution to protest against the mass production of fast fashion.

We want to spread awareness about reducing fast fashion waste by mending our pre-loved clothing into new, wearable fashions. Whether you're a seasoned sewer or just a beginner, we want to spread the joys of visible mending with our San Antonio Community.

We will be set up in front of the FOOD HALL during the Pearl's Farmer's Market.

This event is FREE and is not Sponsored by the Pearl.

This is a BYOS/G (Bring Your Own Supplies/Garments) event. This is a self-led activity for our community who is wanting to keep their used clothing out of the landfill.
