Sacred Rest: A Healing Circle for Black Mothers

Join the Chicago Westside NAACP's Health Committee and our partners in person for Sacred Rest, a nurturing space designed just for Black mothers. April 11-17 is National Black Maternal Health Week and this year's theme is "Rooted In Justice & Joy". Come unwind, share your journey, and connect with others that understand the joy and challenges of motherhood especially during the postpartum transition. This circle is all about healing, rest, and community. Take a breather, feel supported, and leave feeling refreshed. You deserve this moment of peace.
