This one-hour Reiki sound journey blends the gentle energy of Reiki with the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other healing instruments. As the sounds move through the space, Reiki energy is infused into the instruments and the room, creating a supportive field for relaxation, restoration, and energetic balance.
Participants are guided into a comfortable resting position while the sounds and frequencies help calm the nervous system and encourage the body to settle into a deeply relaxed state. Many people experience a sense of lightness, clarity, or emotional release as the body and mind begin to unwind.
No effort is required during this experience. Simply arrive, breathe, and allow yourself this sacred moment of stillness.
All are welcome. No prior experience with Reiki or meditation is needed.
