During this Gong Bath experience you will lie comfortably on a baby cot mattress. Blanket and cushions are provided for added comfort allowing yourself to completely surrender to the healing vibrations of the gongs. The session will be led by experienced sound healers who will guide you through the journey creating a safe and supportive environment for your exploration.
