Bollywood playback singer Udit Narayan, renowned for his contributions to Bollywood and various other languages including Tamil, Bengali, Telugu, and Kannada, will be coming to Singapore for the first time to perform live in concert at the Star Theatre on 23 October 2024. Udit is the voice of many iconic Bollywood stars such as Shah Rukh Khan, Amir Khan, Amitabh Bachchan and many more. Over the past three decades, Udit has sung more than 25,000 songs in over 36 languages, earning him 22.3 million listeners on Spotify, and an array of awards in several categories.
With 21 of his tracks featured in BBC’s Top 40 Bollywood Soundtracks of All Time, Udit is celebrated as the King of Melody. His debut song "Mil Gaya" was featured in the 1980 film "Unees-Bees," and he has since been a consistent and beloved presence in Bollywood playback singing, winning Filmfare Awards across three decades.
