S4 Pilsen: Move and Access Joy w/ Lady Sol

A weekly stretch and dance wellness workshop centering playful movement intended to access JOY. NO experience necessary, all bodies are welcome. Music playlist centers colorful Afro-Latin Grooves and Bob Marley catalogue.

Low, gentle music will be utilized for stretching and warming up. Mobility range will be considered for all bodies, access, and abilities. Dance sequences are beginner friendly. Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing. Yoga socks, mats, and water will be provided. The room will be lightly aromatic (natural lavender).
