Come join us for an engaging Aikido lesson.
Stretch and strengthen your body in a dynamic class, led by an experienced instructor. All levels welcome.

Tuesdays 7:15-9:00 PM (This Tuesday class is primarily a body stretch practice class which accounts for your Aikido techniques)

Wednesday & Thursdays 7.00 9:00PM (This class is an Aikido class)
Both classes will be closed during the Xmas period from the :after the Tuesday class on the 16th December and reopen on the 6th January 2026!
