About this Event
As runner's we all tend to neglect strength & conditioning. This session is designed for all experiences – regardless of it's your first or fiftieth time in the gym.
10 / 15 mins: injury prevention and rehab.
30 Mins: strength circuit.
10 mins: paired finisher.
Free parking and bag drop available. Afterwards we'll have some pizzas down at the gym for folk to refuel!
