Join Mindful Strides for a relaxed morning of movement and recovery at WellNest, one of London’s newest wellness spaces.
We’ll start with a 5K social run through central London, suitable for all paces. After the run we'll head into a 1 hour recovery session, including access to the sauna and cold plunge.
