Join us for a 10K Community Challenge!
This week we’re stepping things up with the option to take on a 10K (or stick with our usual 5K loop if that feels right for you).
We’ll be meeting at our usual home:
📍 Before The Lights Members Club
Three Ways House
Bolsover Street

Arrivals: from 8:30am
Warm up: 8:45am
Run start: 9:00am
We’ll be running two loops of our regular 5K route through Regent’s Park, giving you the option to:
• Run the full 10K challenge with the group
• Run the usual 5K loop
• Or move in a way that suits you on the day
Please arrive ready to run in everything you need.
🎒 Bag drop: available for 10K runners only
🚫 No bag drop available for 5K runners
*bag drop will be locked until the end of the 10k.
As always, this is a community run focused on connection over pace. There is no pressure, no timing, and no expectations, just a supportive space to move together.
