It's more than just a run - it's all about connection, community, and having fun.
Whether you're an experienced runner or just getting started, shy, loud, hyped or even hungover, everyone is welcome.
✨ WHAT TO EXPECT:
📍 MEET AT: CIC Berlin, Lohmühlenstraße 65, a thriving innovation workspace and home to RUN-N-RAVE (more info below)
⏰ WHEN: Every Thursday at 7:00 AM sharp
🎒 YES to: Bag drop, coffee, showers, and free coworking
📅 THE BREAKDOWN:
7:00 AM – Roll up, drop your bag, sip some coffee and get warm ☕
7:15 AM – 20-minute city run, 3.5km all paces welcome, nobody left behind! 🏃♀️
7:35 AM – Strength, stretch, sweat! 10 min community workout 💪
8:00 AM – Breakfast, beats & boogie back at CIC 🎶🍳
