Run For The Soul 2026 When: March 21,2026 at 1:00 p.m.
Join the Lost Souls Rugby Football Club for our Run for the Soul, a one-mile fun run and dance-fueled celebration of resilience, connection, and community—benefiting Affirming Mental Health Care at the Dallas Resource Center.
This year’s run honors the truth many of us carry. Behind strength, humor, competition, and pride are stories of trauma, loss, anxiety, identity journeys, grief, and healing. We run not because we are broken, but because we believe in caring for the whole person: mind, body, and spirit.
Through movement, music, laughter, and visibility, Run For The Soul shines a light on the importance of mental wellness, emotional safety, and community care.
Whether you’re sprinting in rugby shorts, rocking a costume, or cheering from the sidelines, this mile is a declaration:
-Strong bodies.
-Strong minds.
-No one runs alone.
Event Mission: To raise awareness and funds for the Dallas Resource Center’s Affirming Mental Health Program, which provides accepting, identity-affirming counseling to LGBTQIA+ and allied individuals across Texas, including support for: Gender Identity & Authentic Living; Anxiety, Depression & Minority Stress; Relationships; Love & Intimacy; Trauma & Internalized Shame; Navigating Queer Young Adulthood; Aging with Pride and Grace
How To Participate
-Sponsor a Player: Support your favorite Lost Souls player with a donation that directly benefits affirming mental health care.
-Run the Mile: Jog, walk, dance, or strut in rugby shorts, speedos, costumes, or whatever makes you feel vibrantly bold.
-Cheer & Celebrate: Come for the vibes, the music, the community, and the cause. No running required to make an impact.

1:30 PM – Pre-Run Dance Warm-Up
* DJ Ternaner gets the bodies loose and the energy high
1:45 PM – The One-Mile Run
* Start and Finish at Dallas Eagle
* Walk, run, or vogue your way through the mile
* Cheering stations, photo ops, and hype squad as you finish
2:15 PM – Finish Line Celebration
* High-fives, hugs, hydration, and happiness

2:30 PM – The After Party
