About this Event

When you’ve spent years being the capable one – the organiser, the emotional anchor, the woman who keeps going no matter what – your nervous system often pays the price. You cope, you push through, you achieve… but your body never fully switches off.

This special edition of Rosie’s Reinvention Retreat, in partnership with NAIA Beach is designed to change that, giving us the tools to better support our body and mind with all that life throws at us.

What to Expect: A Full‑Body, Full‑Self Reset

Hosted by author, coach and former HELLO! Editor in Chief, Rosie Nixon, along with special guest hosts Tess Daly and Gayle Lawton, this immersive, nurturing retreat brings together exceptional practitioners to guide you back into balance – physically, emotionally and energetically.

Somatic Movement & Nervous System Recalibration with Nahid de Belgeonne

Renowned somatic movement educator and author Nahid de Belgeonne will lead a deeply restorative, full‑body experience blending gentle breathwork, somatic coaching and mindful movement.
Nahid's work is designed specifically for women who are brilliant at coping – yet whose bodies remain stuck in “on” mode. Through guided nervous system education, somatic practices, breathwork, and embodied restoration, we’ll begin gently interrupting the patterns that keep the body braced long after the demands of the day have ended. This is not about “fixing” yourself or forcing calm, it’s about understanding the physiology of stress and learning how to create more rhythm, recovery and internal safety in a way the body can actually receive.

Emotional Integration & Inner Safety with Abigail Iquo Isuo and Jade Adams

Psychotherapist Abigail Iquo Isuo and holistic therapist & Reiki master Jade Adams will guide a grounding session exploring emotional regulation, inner safety and the mind–body connection. Learn how to reconnect with a deeper sense of inner trust and emotional steadiness, with sustainable habits to support your nervous system when you leave the room.

Who This Retreat Is For

This one‑day course is ideal for women who want to:

  • Nourish your nervous system in ways that are sustainable and science‑backed
  • Keep burnout at bay and stop living in survival mode
  • Cope with overwhelm without abandoning your needs
  • Learn how to reconnect with your body, breath and feel grounded again
  • Find clarity and emotional balance in midlife

You’ll leave feeling restored, informed and with practical strategies you can use long after the retreat day ends.

A Retreat Rooted in Reinvention

Rosie’s Reinvention Retreats blend Rosie Nixon’s 25+ years of editorial experience at national magazines, including her tenure as Editor‑in‑Chief of HELLO!

This retreat combines my lived expertise in midlife reinvention, burnout recovery and storytelling as a qualified coach, plus my hand‑picked circle of leading experts, practitioners and influential voices.

In Partnership with NAIA Beach

For this special retreat, I have teamed up with NAIA Beach, the beach and activewear brand founded by Tess Daly and Gayle Lawton.

Tess and Gayle will be joining us in person to welcome guests and take part in a conversation with Rosie about why nervous system care matters now more than ever, their own midlife awakenings and the power of community, connection and female support networks.
