What does it look like when a language is carried through music?
Rosie and Peter’s show sits at the intersection of story, song, and survival, a live hour exploring the race to preserve an Aboriginal language at risk of being lost.
You may have seen them on ABC’s “The Piano”, where everyday pianists share deeply personal stories through music. This show brings that same spirit into a fuller, more intimate experience.
This special evening at Blue Heelers, you can expect:
• Live music from Rosie Sitorus woven with storytelling from 93 year old Peter Salmon
• Moments of language, memory, and meaning shared in real time
• A performance that moves between raw conversation and music
This isn’t a polished theatre piece. It’s a live showing of a work still evolving that is honest, close, and human.
If you saw them on screen, this is a chance to go deeper. If you didn’t, this is a powerful place to step in.
