We’re excited to share updates for Rooted Wellness: Back to the Body Festival, an immersive, hands-on holistic wellness experience designed for individuals, families, and community.

📍 Location: Kiwanis Park, Raleigh, NC


✨ What to Expect

This is an interactive festival, not a passive event. Participants will actively engage in wellness experiences throughout the day, including:

  • 🌿 Tea Garden & Tea Meditation Experience (the heart of the festival)
  • 🧘🏽‍♀️ Yoga, Laughter Yoga & Sound Meditation sessions
  • 🍲 Plant-based chef demonstration with take-home recipe cards
  • 🌱 DIY herbal wellness stations (teas, body-care blends, journaling)
  • 👧🏽 Kid Zone with gardening, storytelling, coloring, and sensory activities
  • 🧑🏽 Teen-focused wellness activities centered on mindfulness and creativity
  • 🛍️ Black-owned holistic and wellness vendors

🎟️ Attendance & Flow

  • Capacity is limited to 100 participants to maintain an intimate and grounded experience
  • Wristbands and stamp cards will be used for entry and station participation
  • Volunteers and facilitators will guide guests through the festival experience
