Join us for a free workshop exploring how your neighborhoods greenspaces are fighting climate change & you can take part.
You will learn about:
- How neighborhoods experience environmental challenges
- How community gardens fight climate change
- How composting turns food scraps into a soil builder
- How you can get involved in environmental work and develop a green career
At 3:30 we will take a 10-minute walk to a nearby community garden, Q Gardens with a composting bin system where students can earn community service hours.
