About this Event
Are you stuck between the life you have and the life you want?
Maybe you've been playing it safe for too long. Maybe a major life change — a career shift, a divorce, a creative dream you've shelved — has left you wondering what comes next. Maybe you know what you want, but fear keeps getting in the way.
This workshop is for you.
Fear to Forward is a 2-hour somatic experience designed to help you identify what's holding you back, move through it in your body (not just your head), and walk away with a renewed sense of possibility and a first concrete step forward.
What is somatic work? Somatic practices engage the body — breath, movement, sensation — as a pathway to emotional insight and release. Unlike talk therapy or journaling alone, somatic work helps you process what you're carrying at a deeper level.
What You'll Experience:
- Grounding breathwork to arrive, settle, and open
- Fear reflection — surfacing what's really in the way
- Body painting / expressive writing — giving form to your fear, then physically releasing it
- Guided visualization of your desired reality
- Community empowerment — partner body painting to reframe fear into forward motion
- Sharing + video journaling to capture your breakthrough moment
- Wrap-up with integration and next steps
You'll leave with:
- A sense of hope and momentum you haven't felt in a while
- Clarity on what your next smallest step actually is
- The experience of taking action despite fear
- Connection to a community of like-minded people doing the same brave work
This event is for you if:
- You're at a crossroads in life or career and feel stuck
- You've been through a big transition (job loss, divorce, a move) and are finding your footing
- You have a creative side you've buried and want to reclaim
- You believe there's more for you — you just need support to get unstuck
